Co Lighting Designer Emerging Choreographers Showcase 2014

In Lighting 1, a large project we were given was to design the lighting for a dance piece in ECS (Emerging Choreographer's Showcase).  My piece was about shedding the bias and stereotype of dancers.  The dancers remove these stereotypes metaphorically as the piece progressing by having them take off clothing.  As this happens, the piece also opens up from isolation.  I reflected this by beginning with a high saturate blue down light, and progressing into warmer colors.
